IAM Setup
1. Access AWS IAM (Identity & Access Management)
Click on Services / Type IAM
2. My Account Setting
Click on Customize to modify your Account Alias. Enter your prefer account name (Eg: cloudvn)
3. New Account Name
4. Security Status
5. Configure IAM Password Policy
Click on Manage Password Policy
Click on Set password policy
Set Password Policies
✅ Success
6. Manage Groups
Click on Manage Groups
Click on Create New Group
Enter the group name. Eg: vn.hcm.manager
Attach Policy. Eg: AdministratorAccess
Please choose the policies for Account, should be under Organization’s security policy.
Review & Confirm
Create another Group (Eg: vn.hcm.dev)
7. Manage Users
Click on Manage Users
Enter usename, password and setting as below
Assign users to a group
Add tags
Review & Confirm
Success
8. Active MFA (Multi Factor Authentication)
Click on Manage MFA
Click on Active MFA
You should install Google Authenticator on your mobile and Scan the barcode
You have to enter the OTP (generated code) 2 times on the AWS Console to active MFA
Success
9. IAM Setup Successful
